MTC TIPS

Bring a watch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

bring ALOT of snacks by the end of the night you are starving and the cafeteria is not open

dont drink the orange juice or eat the eggs you will get sick

become friends with your district (ive actually miss my district more then my family right now lol love you fam

enjoy the mtc I was so excited to get out of there that i did not realize how awesome it was there i still miss it

study pmg and scriptures before you get the mtc you start teaching day 1 there so be ready!!!

try to find others going on your mission on fb or just anywhere I saw my companion on the list at the "army of helamn fb page" and so when I saw her i pretty much knew her and things were alot easier and nicer :)

if you have any extra time in the house read the scriptures, read pmg or just study the gospel the more you learn and the more you study in the morning the better spirit you have and the day is easier

get to know the members they will love and take care of you

Nm sister missionaries are allowed to wear toms EVERY Day except meetings and church their so good for tracting and when we have to walk so nm sisters bring them!!!

You are allowed to wear anything that is modest. My blue dress that i bought is allowed (who knew??) and t shirt materials can be worn without a sweater

Make the days count!!! im almost done with my first month and I felt like alot of time is done.

THE MTC

Hey everyone!!! The mtc is going great!!!! My companion is sister Karl and shes amazing. Shes from Rexburg Idaho. We both hate breakfast, want to be nurses, love country music and we get along great. Shes turning me into a runner. :) The food here is ok.... For breakfast I always have a doughnut, pears and cottage cheese. (im turning into my dad). Then lunch I always have a lettuce wrap. Then dinner whatever is good. There are 12 of us in my district and were all very close good friends. 6 sisters and 6 elders. And were all going to the same mission. So in class we teach investigators. My companion and I first investigator is Mark and hes our teacher. Then our second is this girl named Rachel Everett. She was introduced to the church by a friend and shes in high school. (investigators are actors). I love it here at the mtc today is P day!!! In about an hour my district and I are going to the temple. Were so excited!!! My camera isnt working on this computer so ill send pictures once I get a p day in New Mexico and I'm there next week!!!!!!!!!!! Next monday so 6 days!!!! I love and miss you all. I pray for you all every night and I hope all is well at home. Looove Sister Worthington
